Two ways. Request an e-signature: place a signature box on a PDF and send the private link to one signer — or to several people in order, each with their own box, step by step (save the order as a signing sequence to reuse it). Signers draw or type their signature without creating an account; the signed copy comes back as a new, locked document (every plan). Or sign a file yourself with a digital certificate your workspace creates or you upload. Every step is recorded in the audit trail.

Docluster signatures are electronic signatures with a full record of who signed, when and from where. They are widely accepted for everyday agreements such as contracts, NDAs, offer letters and approvals. They are not Aadhaar eSign or a government-issued Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), so they can't be used where the law requires one, such as government filings, property deeds, wills or powers of attorney. Certificates your workspace creates are your own, not issued by a certificate authority, so some PDF readers show them as “validity unknown”. Anyone can check that a signed copy is genuine and unchanged at docluster.com/verify.

Saving from an editor creates a new version rather than destroying the old one. Earlier versions stay in the document's version history and can be restored whenever you need them.

Not by rewriting it. Docluster adds new text, images, shapes, highlights, comments and signatures on top of a PDF page, and lets you rearrange, rotate, delete and combine the pages themselves — but it doesn't reflow the original text like a word processor.
