Docluster is a software service delivered online. There is nothing to ship: a paid plan is applied to your workspace as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Each payment buys one month or one year of a plan for one workspace. Payments are one-off: nothing renews or charges you automatically, and there is no subscription to cancel.
To stop paying, simply don't renew. Your plan stays active until its paid-until date, shown on the Billing page. If it isn't renewed, the workspace becomes read-only (suspended) 3 days after that date; you can still sign in, and paying again reactivates it. You can also move to a different plan at any time — the unused time on your current plan is converted into extra days on the new one.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time on a monthly or yearly plan. Please try the Free plan before buying to make sure Docluster fits your needs.
The one exception: if you were charged twice for the same order, or charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund the extra amount to the original payment method. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
